At Basketking, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, we are here to help.
1. Return Window You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and tags.
Valid reasons for return include: receiving a damaged/defective product (e.g., charger not working out of the box) or receiving the wrong item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Items missing their original packaging or accessories.

Please include your Order ID and attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect, damage, or wrong product received. This will help us process your request faster.
5. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, our quality check team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment issuer's policies.
6. Order Cancellation You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued immediately. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.
